We had over 25 CCTC students earn gold medals at the State Competitions in New Orleans! These students earned the privilege of representing the state of Louisiana at the SkillsUSA National Competition in Atlanta this summer. The condensed trip agenda is as follows:

6:00 PM Louisiana State Delegation Meeting

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Leadership Contests

7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Opening General Session

11:00 PM Curfew

Wednesday, June 25:

7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Leadership Contests

11:00 PM Curfew

Thursday, June 26:

7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Leadership Contests, Leadership Event Finals

6:00 PM – 9:30PM Champions’ Festival

11:00 PM Curfew

Friday, June 27:

10:00 AM – 1:30 PM Group Outing (tentative times)

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Awards Ceremony

11:00 PM Curfew

Saturday, June 28:

5:30 AM Load up Bus

6:00 AM Depart Atlanta for CCTC

3:00 PM(ish) ARRIVE AT CCTC!

The trip fee is $80, although pricing will be reduced based on the amount of fundraising dollars raised. See Mr. Wren, Mr. Matlock, or Mrs. McGuirk for your personal total to be paid!

Fee must be paid by April 28, either through payment here or through your fundraising efforts.
