There will be a $5 registration fee for all players to sign up for Intramural Basketball. This fee will go towards Hilliard Darby Intramurals to use for sporting events, prizes, and other activities throughout the year.

If you wish to pay with cash, see Mrs. Ribble in the main office.

Be sure to print and complete the attached waiver form and turn it to Mr. Caudill or Mr. Myers.
