BCA Categories:   Half Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs, Beef Brisket - $175

**Each cook is required to donate cooked meat to Northwood High School.  This meat will be sold as a BBQ plate fundraiser for the school. 

_____ BCA Competition – Friday, January 17; $175 (Half Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs, Beef Brisket)

            Each Category:  6^th-10^th - $75, 5^th - $100, 4^th - $150, 3^rd - $250, 2^nd - $350, 1^st - $500

_____ Pulled Pork - Friday, January 17; $25 (Does not count toward BCA Grand Champion.)

 Pulled Pork may be sauced and cooked ahead of time.  *This is a BCA ancillary event.  Three paid places:

 1^st  $300, 2^nd $200, & 3^rd $100       

            Steak - Saturday, January 18; $50 (Northwood High School provides each cook 2, 16 oz ribeyes)

            PAY 5 PLACES:  5^th - $100, 4^th - $125, 3th - $225, 2^nd - $325, 1^st - $450

______Chicken Wings - Saturday, January 18; $35 (Each cook provides his/her own wings: 6 drummies &

 6 flappers)  * This is an  BCA ancillary event.   1^st  $250, 2^nd $150, 3^rd  $100, 4^th  $50, & 5^th  $50

_____ Salsa - Saturday, January 18; $25 (Each cook provides 8 oz of salsa for judging)

              * This is an  BCA ancillary event.  100%  payout to 3 spots (50%/30%/20%)

______ Kids’ Q - Saturday, January 18; $35 (Northwood provides each cook 1 ribeye steak)

               * This is a BCA ancillary event.  100%  payout (50%/30%/20%) *not a Sweepstakes event*
