Again, there cannot be any additional sign-ups on the day of the trip.  I need time to get another chaperone to ride the bus so I can follow in my truck with all the equipment.  It is impossible to guarantee room on a single bus for students and equipment if I am the only chaperone.  All transactions need to be completed by THURSDAY EVENING (9pm) so I have time to make proper arrangements.  Be prepared to be turned away if you try to sign-up for the current week's trip after the Thursday deadline.

We will go to Alpine Valley five times in the 2023-24 season.  These trips are scheduled (barring poor weather and school closings) for the following dates:

Payment for each week will be available Monday morning (6am) of each trip week.  It will close Thursday evening (9pm).

The bus will leave the high school promptly at 3:30pm and will return around 10:30-ish.
