CMM Band and Choir are going on tour for the first time! We will be performing for the 5th graders of South Highlands, Fairfield, and Eden Gardens! The tour will take place on Wednesday, December 18th.

You may NOT have any D's or F's as your overall class grade in any class at the time we send out this letter or the day that we leave. You may be removed from the trip if grades are not where they are supposed to be, per Mrs.Debusk. The cost of the trip is $10. This pays for your lunch and transportation. You may not order more food. We will not have time. You must pay for your spot on Local Level Events.

Please wear your band/choir shirt with blue jeans with no holes. You may accessorize with a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, elf ears etc. Please make sure it isn't too distracting from our performance.

Itinerary

• 8:00am - Report to PAC. Go over program.
• 8:30am - Leave CMM
• 9:00am - Perform our program at Fairfield Elementary
• 9:45am - Leave Fairfield
• 10:30am - Perform our program at South Highlands Elementary
• 11:30am-12:15pm- Eat lunch at Cane's (You will get a 3 finger combo and a drink)
• 1:00pm- Perform our program at Eden Gardens Elementary
• 1:45pm- Arrive back at CMM
