The musical is a love story that intertwines the myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone. It's set in a post-apocalyptic New Orleans-inspired underworld. The story follows Orpheus, a singer-songwriter, and Eurydice, a young woman who goes to work in the underworld to escape poverty.

This production will be the 1st H.S. production in Central Ohio.  When the Theatres opened up again in Columbus 2021, Hadestown was the 1st Broadway touring show back in Columbus.  Many of these cast members and directors fell in LOVE with this Broadway hit right at that moment.

If you want to sit on the Main Floor, tickets are $8.00.  If you choose to sit in the Balcony the tickets are $10.00.  See this show early, because after you see it you will want to buy a ticket to see it again!
