Welcome back to school Wildcats!  We are excited for the 2024-25 school year, and hope you are too.  Please fill out the Medical Release form for each child you have attending University Elementary.  The information on this form will only be requested once for the entire school year, and will be used for any school trips taken.

Any updates/changes should be communicated to the front office.
