Prom Ticket Sales - LPHS Prom 2024

- Your Student ID acts as your access code.
- Formal Attire required - No Denim.
- Ticket sales end April 5 at 3PM. No tickets sold at door.
- All Student Handbook policies apply, including dress code.
- Doors close at 9pm.
- Students and guests MUST have their Ticket QR code and a valid ID to enter Prom.
- For Juniors and Seniors, your Student ID# is your access code.
- If bringing an Underclassman, you must complete this Guest Form to get an access code in order to purchase a ticket for your guest.
- Note: Up to 4 tickets can be purchased on a single account, but only one ticket at a time. If purchasing for your guest or student, be sure to enter guest or student name on ticket. Access codes can only be used once.
