Description: In Teachers We Trust is a book describing the Finnish Education System (purchase of the book is not required to view this PD). The authors explain a thought provoking way to think about trust within any educational system. They believe that trusting students, teachers and schools can radically improve educational outcomes; throughout the book, the authors offer many examples as to what this looks like in Finland. Can some of the ideas be used in a typical American school? Read the entire book to find out!
