The Paraprofessional Assessment is a general aptitude test that is required in many states for paraprofessional certification. It measures the skills and knowledge in reading, writing and math possessed by prospective and practicing paraprofessionals. It also measures their ability to apply those skills and knowledge when assisting in classroom instruction. Start now and take the necessary steps to become a teacher's assistant.

Exams will be administered at the CPSB Teacher Technology Center located at the Caddo Career & Technology Center.
You must bring a valid government issued ID card with you on test day. Valid IDs include driver's license, state or province ID card, passport (must have signature), military ID or national ID. All IDs will be checked at the time of check- in. You will not be allowed to test without a valid ID.
Exam will start at 9:00 AM. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to exam starting for check-in.
