Parents of students who are testing at New Hope Baptist Church (1401 Loveland Madeira Rd) must complete the permission slip/emergency medical form located on the right side of this page. Students are responsible for transportation to and from the exams. Please give the completed permission slip/emergency medical form to Mrs. Mahan in the Office of School Counseling by Friday, February 12.

Here's the location for New Hope Baptist Church
Students will be charged $15 for an unused test.
-No cell phones or any other electronic devices are allowed in the
testing room. Please leave these in your car or locker.
-Please bring your admissions ticket to each exam. It will
be scanned for attendance record keeping.
-All students are required to bring several #2 wood pencils that
are sharpened to each exam. No mechanical pencils are
allowed. Students will also need pens with black or dark blue ink.
-Students are allowed to bring a watch that doesn't have internet
access, but this is not required. Watches must be on silent mode.
-College Board approved calculators are permitted for the AP math
and science tests. See apstudent.collegeboard.org/apcourse
for more information.
-Please be sure to allow extra time for traffic when considering
driving time to New Hope Baptist Church. Upon arriving at the church,
student should enter through the front doors, turn left then go up the stairs
at the end of the hallway.
-New Hope is graciously allowing us to utilize their
facility. Please thank their staff members when seen.
-Please note: The afternoon testing sessions will end approx. 4:00
p.m. No one is permitted to leave the testing session early. Plan your
afternoon activities accordingly.
Our registration time frame is from Wednesday, January 13 until
Friday, February 12.
