CONDUCT
Although the prom is held off campus, it is a school-sponsored event and all school rules of conduct apply. These regulations apply to all NOHS students and their dates. Persons suspected of drug or alcohol consumption will be denied entrance or removed from the premises and there will be no refunds given for the cost of tickets.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED at all times except when eating.
DINNER
Dinner will be buffet style and will include boneless breast of chicken, top round of beef, eggplant parmesan, traditional mashed potatoes, three cheese macaroni and cheese, green beans, salad and dinner rolls, and sundae bar.
PURCHASING PROCESS
1. ALL individuals attending prom must complete an emergency medical form online when purchasing tickets.
2. Anyone that is NOT a senior at NOHS must complete a guest form. These guest forms will be available outside of room 210 or on the school website. Guest forms require the signature of our principal and the guest’s home school if different than NOHS. You will not be able to purchase a ticket for your guest until the guest form is turned in to Mrs. Holland.
3. Tables will seat a maximum of 10 persons. Students attending prom should decide who will be at their table and fill out the table information online with the names of the people in their group.
4. Students will go online to fill out the table information, the emergency contact information, and to pay for your ticket (and your guest if applicable). Guest forms will need to be completed and delivered to Mrs. Holland in room 210 before guest tickets can be purchased.
5. Students will get an online ticket that can be used to check in. Paper tickets with your table number will be distributed after ticket sales have ended.
6. If you don’t have 10 people at your table, it is not a problem. Smaller groups will be combined to make full tables.
7. Should we reach our limit for individuals attending prom, first priority will go to NOHS students. Following that, tickets will be granted based on the order they were received.
Please contact Beth Holland at beth.holland@nocseagles.org if you have any questions. Students may find me in room 210 at the high school if they have questions.
