$10.00 fee entitles each participant to 2 electronic tickets for guests.
In
order to participate, you must do the following:
1. Pay
$10.00 participation fee. You will receive two electronic tickets for guests. (Participants do not require a ticket.) The deadline to pay has been extended to Wednesday, April 28, 11:59
pm.
2. Cannot be on
the debt list.
3. Students who did not order their ring from Graduate Sales will need to turn their ring
in at the main office Monday, 5/10-Friday, 5/14. (Graduate Sales will deliver the rings that were ordered from them on the day of the ceremony.) Rings will be
locked in the vault each night. Have your ring in a small box with your first
and last name clearly labeled on top.
4. Slideshow- This is
optional. If you want your pictures in the slideshow, (two pictures: one
younger picture and one current picture), you must submit your pictures by Wednesday,
April 28, 11:59 pm. This will allow enough time for our ring staff to
put the slideshow together. You must submit your pictures electronically by
email, with your first and last name in the subject line (the name you want
to appear on the slideshow) to byrdringceremony@gmail.com.
Dress
Code - dressy casual
Ladies- dress, skirt and top, or slacks and top. Follow the school
dress code- tops cannot be cut too low or hemlines too high.
Men- Slacks, shirt and tie, sports coat optional, or a suit and
tie. No hats.
Students
should arrive at 5:45 pm and we will line you up alphabetically in the first
floor hallway outside the girl's gym. Social distancing will be practiced and
masks will be worn. You will remove your mask when you walk across the stage to
receive your ring from Mr. Badgley, then put your mask back on.
Attendees
will wear masks. Seating in the auditorium will be taped off so that groups of
two can sit together, but the groups will be 6 feet apart for social
distancing.
